Export a Grok conversation
Grok offers an account-wide data download. For a single conversation there is no download button at the time of writing – copy it, print it, or export it in one click.
Download all your Grok data
In Grok open Settings → Data controls and request your account data (it is also reachable from your xAI account page). You receive a link to an archive with your conversation history as JSON.
One conversation
- Open the chat on grok.com.
- Click the Talkmere icon.
- Markdown, HTML or JSON are free; PDF and Word are Pro.
Your messages and Grok's answers are labelled; tables and code blocks (with their language) are kept, and the Copy/Regenerate buttons are left out.
Grok inside X
Talkmere supports grok.com. Grok conversations inside the X app or x.com are not supported, because Talkmere only asks for access to the four chat sites.
Talkmere saves the open conversation from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok as Markdown, HTML or JSON for free, and as PDF or Word with Pro. It runs in your browser – nothing is uploaded.

Is Talkmere made by xAI?
No, Talkmere is independent and not affiliated with xAI or X.
Can I import the Grok data export into Talkmere?
Not yet – the import page reads ChatGPT and Claude exports. Single Grok chats work from the popup.
