Using Talkmere
The free features may be used without charge. Use Talkmere only for conversations you are allowed to keep, and follow the terms of the chat service you use.
Pro license
1 year or Lifetime: for one person, on their own devices and browsers, for private or business use, for Talkmere version 1.x. A license is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Do not share or publish your license key.
No warranty
Talkmere is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Chat sites change their pages; Talkmere may temporarily miss parts of a conversation until it is updated – check important exports. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars; USDT amounts include a few cents that identify your order. Because the free version can be tested before buying, sales are final unless the law requires otherwise. If something doesn't work as described after buying, contact us and we will try to help.
Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends once delivery has started with your express consent: at checkout you confirm that you want the license key delivered immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.
